Caralon's unique patent pending, through life quality control systems, allow remote sensing of the panel integrity using a low cost handheld reader.  The reader is wirelessly linked to a database that provides the entire history of the panel.  This provides the customer with confidence of the panel performance, even once installed; gives early warning of panel failure should it occur and provides rapid feedback to ensure continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

For high value applications, it is possible to offer continuous monitoring of the panel integrity, for example in thermal assurance packaging, early warning of panel failure can be provided by a built-in monitoring device that alarms BEFORE the cargo suffers and change in temperature.
